The printable file comes in Word Format so that you can enter the Date, Time and location of the party on the poster and invitations.

Page 1 of the file is the instructions on how to make the poster.    Pages 3-6 are the pages that can be printed on a color printer. to see additional instructions how to make the poster please click on this link.    The border of the poster can be reused for other events that you might want to advertise.

Page 2 is a sign-up sheet

I know that most of you planning the party might be doing it by yourself but if you belong to a group that gets together on a regular basis I designed a sign-up sheet

in case you might want volunteers to sign up to help you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Page 7 is the Invitation page on the file

you can click on the text box and enter the date, time and location of the party.   The page can be printed on card stalk on a printer or at the copy store.

Of course you can just make a tossed salad in a bowl and put Pansies on the top of the salad but if you decide to make the salads in a Jar this file has the cute jar toppers to add color and decorations to the party.
